Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 1ForYes, which is operated by Meetsies LLC, doing business as 1ForYes ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What 1ForYes does

You write an invite and pick who gets it. We text them under your name; they reply 1 for yes or 2 for no, the first yeses get the spots, and everyone else is told when it fills. Anything beyond that, such as directions or changes of plan, is between you and your guests.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.

Who you may invite

1ForYes is for inviting people you know to plans you are actually making. By adding someone's number you confirm that you know them and that they would expect to hear from you. You may not use 1ForYes to:

• text people you don't know, purchased or scraped lists, or anyone who has asked you to stop;
• send advertising, sales or promotional messages, or anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive;
• send political campaign messages without contacting us first, since carriers have separate rules for them;
• get around an opt-out, the seat limits, or our systems.

Anyone can reply STOP to stop all 1ForYes texts. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, gets reports of unwanted texts, or puts our ability to send texts at risk, and we don't refund invites in that case.

Text messages

The 1ForYes text messages work like this, for organizers and the people they invite:

• Who texts you: 1ForYes, on behalf of an organizer who knows you and entered your number. Every invite starts with the organizer's name.
• What you get: an invite to a specific plan, and at most two follow-ups about that same plan ("you're in", or "all full"). No marketing, ever.
• How often: only when an organizer you know sends an invite, so message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop all 1ForYes texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@1foryes.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Invites and purchases

• Each person you invite uses one invite. The "you're in" and "all full" texts are free.
• Invite packs are bought through Apple and are governed by Apple's terms. They don't expire, have no cash value, and can't be transferred.
• If a text can't be delivered, the invite is returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Prices and any free invites can change; a change never affects invites you already have.

The service

We work to deliver every text quickly, but delivery depends on mobile carriers and isn't guaranteed. 1ForYes is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Unused invites are lost when you do.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use 1ForYes after that means you accept the new terms.
